- Relaxation Massage - Based on Swedish strokes, this massage focuses on soothing- more than sculpting - the tissue. Long strokes help to flush the lymphatics, relax the muscles and quiet the mind.
- Integrated Deep Tissue Massage - This massage utilizes a variety of techniques to lengthen and broaden muscle fibers, loosen knots, flush toxins, and increase range of motion. Soft-tissue release, PNF, Myofascial release, and Neuromuscular Therapy are some of the techniques used for deep tissue.
- Prenatal Massage - Prenatal massage offers a wide range of benefits, which include the following:
- Eases backaches, headaches, shoulder and neck aches that may be caused by muscle tension and shifts in posture to accommodate increasing weight
- Decreases pain in the pelvic/hip area
- Improves skin elasticity that can help reduce stretch marks
- Helps reduce swelling in such places as hands and lower legs

- Aroma Therapy -This modality adds another dimension to your massage experience. Acting directly on the olfactory lobe, essential oils can help relax the mind, ease anxiety, remedy headaches, or energize the body after a soothing massage. NO ADDITIONAL FEE
- Slimming Body Wraps - Target problem areas with this spot treatment/massage combination. 1 hr treatment gives you a 50 min massage plus an herbal wrap you leave on for an additional 45 minutes after you leave. Results can be dramatic as toxins are flushed from fatty tissue $80 Wrap alone $25
